Fixed: Due to the masses of people who can't (or don't want to) realize that we are sometimes not up-to-date to the latest wow version. I had to hardcode the minbuild and maxbuild numbers that are allowed to connect to the logonserver.
These can be changed in arcemuConfig.h, by changing the LOGON_MINBUILD and LOGON_MAXBUILD macros.
Also removed the directives from the logon.conf file.
